Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing soon after they are placed so that we can prepare dispatch efficiently.

Requesting a Change or Cancellation

Contact service@soraviue.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We will make a reasonable effort to update or cancel an order that has not entered fulfilment, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Address and Product Changes

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, addresses, products and quantities before checkout. If a parcel has already been dispatched, the carrier may not permit an address change. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

After Dispatch

An order that can no longer be cancelled may be eligible for return after delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refusing delivery does not automatically complete a return; please contact us for instructions.

Seller Cancellations

We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an address is not serviceable, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
