Proper care helps preserve the appearance and function of Soraviue travel makeup bags. Always follow any care label supplied with the specific product.
General Care
- Empty the bag before cleaning and remove loose cosmetic residue gently.
- Spot clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap when suitable for the visible material.
- Allow the bag to air dry fully away from direct heat and prolonged strong sunlight.
- Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach or iron unless the product label expressly permits it.
- Close cosmetics securely, use protective caps for sharp tools and avoid overfilling compartments or forcing zippers.
Limited Product Support
If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the ordered product, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, repair or refund.
What Is Not Covered
Support does not cover ordinary wear, cosmetic changes from normal use, accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized alteration, damage caused by leaking cosmetics, or use inconsistent with the product's intended organizational purpose. This statement does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
