Payment & Security Policy

Soraviue uses Shopify's hosted commerce infrastructure and the payment options shown at checkout. Available payment methods may vary by country, currency and payment-provider availability.

Payment Authorization

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to process the displayed total, including applicable shipping and taxes. An order is accepted only after payment authorization and our order confirmation. We do not ask customers to send full card details by email or telephone.

Secure Processing

Checkout information is transmitted using encrypted connections. Payment credentials are handled by Shopify and the applicable payment processor according to their security obligations. Soraviue receives transaction status and limited payment details needed to administer the order.

Verification and Fraud Prevention

Orders may be reviewed for security and fraud prevention. We may request reasonable verification, delay fulfilment or cancel and refund an order when required to protect customers, payment partners or our business.

Currency and Charges

Prices and charges are displayed before order submission. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange-rate differences or fees that are outside our control. Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
